These are called Biblical Cartoons on this page because the cartoons try to make Biblical truths plain and simple, and of course it succeeds. The cartoons however are called "Joyful Cartoons©" and could also be found here.
We want to bless Mike Waters for not only his talents that he's is pouring into the body of Christ; or his giving heart but that he has made these cartoons available for use in church bulletins, newsletters, and websites.
